Agreement Overview

Welcome to GetFoodies! This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of our food delivery platform and services. By accessing or using GetFoodies, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before using our services.

By using GetFoodies, you agree to the following terms:

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes

You will not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

Restaurant Partner Obligations

Restaurant partners using our platform agree to:

Provide accurate menu information and pricing

Maintain food safety and quality standards

Process orders in a timely manner

Comply with local health and safety regulations

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Customer Rights and Responsibilities

As a GetFoodies customer, you have the right to:

Receive orders as described and in good condition

Request refunds for cancelled or incorrect orders

Access customer support for order-related issues

Modify or cancel orders within the allowed time frame

Receive timely updates about order status

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

Fraudulent or deceptive practices

Harassment of other users or restaurant staff

Posting false reviews or ratings

Attempting to manipulate the platform for personal gain

Violating intellectual property rights

Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled securely through our integrated payment system. All prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to refuse service for failed payments or suspicious payment activity.

Intellectual Property

GetFoodies and its logos, trademarks, and service marks are the property of GetFoodies Inc. You may not use our intellectual property without explicit written permission. User-generated content remains the property of the user, but by posting it on our platform, you grant us a license to use it for operational purposes.

Limitation of Liability

GetFoodies acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with restaurants. We are not responsible for food quality, preparation, or delivery issues beyond our direct control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account by contacting our customer support. Upon termination, your access to the service will be immediately revoked.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Agreement on our platform and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
